Kit for making panfish poppers.  Hard foam popper bodies and matching hooks and instructions.  Size 10 humped hooks.  Perfect for Bluegill, Shell-cracker, and Specs.  Quantity 10.  Add some acrylic paint or fabric paint, and either hackle, kip hair of der hair for a tail.
