The Pivot's most noteworthy feature is the implementation of the Boa™ Closure System. The Boa Closure System is the most revolutionary closure system on the market. The exceptionally durable and lightweight reel combined with aircraft grade stainless steel laces provide smooth, even closure for a secure, comfortable and truly customized fit. Just turn the dial to achieve the desired fit, take a few steps and make the final adjustment. To take the boot off, simply pull the dial out until it clicks and then pull the tongue out and away, quick and easy. The upper of the boot is constructed of a highly durable and proven synthetic microfiber, the same material that is used in the Riverguard Ultralight. Scratch rubber provides enhanced sidewall and heel protection. The molded rubber toe cap provides great protection from rocks and adds to the overall durability of the boot. The injection molded EVA midsole creates a secure and comfortable footbed that will cushion each step and help to prolong your day on the water. High density synthetic felt outsole provides great all around traction in a wide range of conditions. Screw in studs are optional if an added level of traction is desired. 100 cm replacement cable for sizes 7-11. 110 cm for sizes 12-15.
