Return and Refund Policy:
We offer a refund on any item with 30 days of purchase(excluding shipping.) Please return the item in it's original packaging in an unused manner and re-sellable condition for a full refund.
Items that are defective are handled on an individual basis. If it is a new item, it will be replaced or repaired in an expedient manner. If you have used the product and it is defective, please contact us at (863) 299-9999 Mon-Sat 10-6 eastern time or contact our eCommerce director, Allen Wyatt directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will service the item in accordance with the manufacturer's policy.
Shipping and Terms of Service:
It is our policy to ship items within one business day of order. If the item is not immediately available, we will notify you within one business day. (During store hours, we would contact you the same day.) It is our policy to keep your information private. Payment is received either through a secure network or through Paypal. We use some of the most secure methods of payment on the internet. We will include you on future emails directly from the store, unless you instruct us otherwise. Please email eCommerce director, Allen Wyatt, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, there is an opt-out option when paying through Paypal.
We do not share or sell our customer information.
Sales Tax is charged ONLY for all items shipped within the state of Florida, USA
