Known as The Royal Palm or Cuban Palm belongs to the Arecaceae Species. Native to Mexico, parts of Central America and the Caribbean. The “Royal palm” typically refers to the Cuban Royal palm, it also refers to the Florida Royal palm (Roystonea elata). While the Cuban's trunk bulges at the center, the Florida royal palm's does not. The Royal palm can reach up to 100 ft. in height with fronds 10 ft. wide which span 25 ft.
