The stretch 2.5-layer waterproof breathable nylon shell has a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish and a raised dry-touch coating on the interior for increased comfort and air flow. Elastic waist with snap button front and zippered fly. YKK AquaGuard® urethane-coated side zips with storm flap to shut out moisture and allow for easy pull-on over boots or shoes.
